If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you. If there was an error made on our behalf, the glass must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler.
